A management information system is a data base of the financial information in which all data is well organized and itās easier for management to check all data base of the company and receive all updates and special reports from the system easily. In these information system customers, employees, competitors and internal data are studied so that the manager can take decisions based on them and it can be much easier.
Sabana Consulting is going to use Microsoft Access which is a cheap data base management system but is also an effective one that is going to help in the management decisions. It is very easy to use so that our employees have no problem with it, and can access to all the information about us, about our customers and about our competitors.

In terms of our internal information, we will have our prices, our history of business made, our employeeās information (personal data, work schedule and work hours) and our financial information.

For the costumer information will have the work profile that each company needs and the history of activities made with each one of the companies.
