The resource-based view refers that internal factors are more important than external factors, this give to a company sustaining competitive advantage in the industry. The internal resources are divided in 3 categories: physical, human and organizational resources.
PHYSICAL RESOURCES
For Sabana Consulting is important to have adequate physical resources, in order to offer the best service for the customers. The company require an office which is located in the center of Bogota, where the people can find us and have more information about the needs they have, so the customer service can be well developed. There is going to be operating all the administrative employess, so basically the neccesary equipment to function in all the work activities are desks, computers, printers, and office supplies. Also it is important to count with a good internet connection, so they can communicate in the internal red, search for information and enter to the data base.
