It is the essence, the commitment and the reason of being  of an organization . It is a sort of a dream where any organization is pretending to be. It cannot be materialized and it is always changing, or adapting to new circumstances.

Sabana ConsultingĀ“s mission is to be a highly qualified and responsible resource for organizations and employees (1) in Bogota, Colombia (3), aimed at optimizing the productivity of organizations (7) through the evaluation, identification, recruiting, selection and hiring of human resources (2), with the use of the latest digital technology (4), and the combination of processes, standards, values and criteria (6), with the best employees who are willing to provide (9) and will contribute into productivity, competitiveness, growth (5) and the unempoyemnt rate in BogotĆ” (8).

Critical Thinking:

The mission of Sabana Consulting is based in 9 components that support the organizations and the employees with the ones we are going to have a direct relation.

 

  • Costumer: We are focused on being a resource for organizations an employees.

  • Product or service: The evaluation, identification, recruting, selection and hiring of human resources.

  • Market: In Bogota, Colombia.

  • Technology: Last data base.

  • Concern for survival growth and profiability: Constantly improving productivity, competitiviness and growth at the organizations.

  • Philosophy: High qualified values and criterias.

  • Self– concept: Optimizing the productivity of companies.

  • Concern for public image: Contributing to the unemployment rate in Bogota.

  • Concern for employees: Employees at companies are very important and we are commited with organizations and employees.

 

VISION

DEFINITION

STATEMENT

The vision statement for a company indicates what the company wants to become. It defines the direction in which the company is going to growth. The statement should be clear enough because is not common for a company to change it during time, it also has to be challenging, abstract so that it covers every direction the company will move and inspiring so that the employees can be motivated.

To become the leader organization(5) in Colombia(3) and being recognized as one of the most trusted companies(7,8) in the segment of recruiting, screening and selecting processes(2) for job candidates(1) with the most honest, caring(6) qualified people(9).

Critical Thinking:

We consider that our vision should have these components because in our service industry are the most important ones. We included costumers that are the companies and the job candidates, concern for employees because quality is very important to us, our service so that people know what we do, philosophy and self-concept because it is important for people to know that we can be trusted, our market place so they know where we operate, our concern for survival, growth and profitability so people see us as an ambitious company and finally the concern for public image because the image of a company is the most important thing. We didn’t include technology because it is a changing factor.
