PROCESS

 

The decisions include into process, will be the technology used in Sabana Consulting, we will use the most powerful database to select and then analyze and reclute the possible candidates to the best employees in the companies. Through the evaluation, identification, recruiting, selection and hiring of human resources and the combination of processes, standards, values and criteria. Our office will be located in the center of Bogotá, to facilitate the movement to the companies which want to connect us, and also unemployment people.

 

CAPACITY

 

We will attend people and companies, in person and also by telephone from Mondays to Fridays, in the schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Sabana Consulting does not has a limited number of people or companies, to attend during the day, and those people and organizations will be evaluate and analyze in the day.
To forecast our sales we need to start with figuring out how many potential customers we expect are going to admit and consider our offering. Based on our estimates of how many organizations we can prospect and contact, we can make some assumptions about our conversion rate.
 

INVENTORY

 

For the inventory, we have to evaluate constantly the products into the office, and to the other hand the people who come to our office will be evaluated and has to develop a correct process to acquire a job and also to accomplish the specification in the different companies.

 

WORKFORCE

 

In workforce, we will take in count the five basic functions involved into management (Planning, organizing, motivating, staffing and controlling.) With our four employees (Manager and analysts), we will develop a perfect laboral environment, with a good culture and perfect motivation to transmit those energies to our customers.

 

QUALITY

 

The people which will acquire the charge into the different companies, will be evaluated with a correct process by caring for quality control, testing, quality assurance and cost control. In the next two years we will acquire ISO 9011, to improve and be recognized as the best company in Bogotá of recruitment and human resource consulting.
