In Sabana Consulting we would schedule a meeting at the end of every quarter to present a recognition to our best 3 costumers of the period.

Every quarter we will also invite the 5 best performing candidates selected for any costumer. We will post a picture and comments regarding their achievements in the web page of our organization.

Sabana Consulting it is very relevant that the employee feels comfortable within the company; so as part of our culture, every special date will have a unique celebration:

When there is an anniversary of an employee we will offer a special award that will increase it and will be better with every year of tenure in Sabana Consulting.

In Christmas the customers and employees will receive a small gift and we will have a party to celebrate a year of success and achievements and the last day of work before Christmas Season.

On Fridays, after a week of success and hard work, we will always have Casual Fridays and informal dressing codes.

Define and Administer policies relating to all phases of our human resources activity

H.R. Strategy & Policy Development: Developing, facilitating and implementing integrated H.R. Strategies, targeted at developing a professional culture and management of our business.

Compensation & Benefits: Develop and recommend Pay Policy Proposals covering pay structures, levels of compensation and benefits packages, for the approval of our client organizations.

Training & Employee Development: Design and Implement Training and Development Policies including the identification of appropriate and customer tailored training programs and resources oriented to prepare our employees as well as those of our customers.

Employee Relations: Implement policies and programs that advise and assist in the resolution of both individual and general employee problems, based on the development of constructive working relationships with Line Management and Operative Personnel at all levels.
